You shouldn't sell them at all. my 2 c.
especially not if you have a privacy policy that states otherwise.

    why are you selling them?

the person who buys will start to send spam emails to your users

If you sell, forget about those leads ever trusting you again.

If you have a privacy policy that states you won't sell personal info or email, you could be getting yourself in a lot of trouble.

Considering that building an email list can be done for well under $0.50 per double opt-in lead (and that's an expensive figure)... I don't know how much your list would be worth.

Selling email leads is a big no-no. Don't do it for any price.
