How Much Is A PR5 Site Worth?

    Hello Warriors,

    I just wanted to get everybody's opinion on something.

    Say that there is a PR5 site. Doesn't matter what topic. And its not making any money. The only thing valuable about it is the PR.

    How much would you say the site is worth just because its PR5?

    Also, what would a PR4, PR6, 7, etc. site be worth to you?

    I would say probably at least $150 with a decent domain and some content. But many people really don't care about PR. Traffic/revenue is much more important. Also, the domain/topic would matter.

    consider its revenue. if you sold 20 text links for $5 a month, thats $100/month income.

    sell for several months income and you get low to mid $xxx price range. only good if site has content and traffic.

    and if the site has backlinks. otherwise the PR will go to 0 on next update....

    Make sure it's not a dropped domain. If it is, PR doesn't really mean as much.
