Hello, how much is a PR5 link worth in dollars, and how much is it worth in SEO?
How much is a PR4 link worth?
How much is a PR3 link worth?

Please give me your professional opinion.

It depends on the age of the domain and how many backlinks the site has. Links from old domains with lots of backlinks cost more money.

    It is very site depending.
I will also value the niche, as there are some more valuable niches, and so more expensive links.

If you want to sell links in your site, start with the links sales section.
Start with a high value, and if you do not get customers, then the price is lower ;-)
Offer and demand, that is the game.

I would say it also depends on how many outgoing links you will be offering on the site. The more you have the less they would be worth. Meaning 1 link on a PR5 would be much more valuable than a page with 50 links. Hope this helps, thanks ;)

Don't base links on page rank, base them on the site there coming from and relevancy.

It depends on a lot of factors:
    - total number of outgoing links
    - position of the link
    - niche
    - etc.

Supply and demand - where is the market place - I would guess there is an auction site for this.

All answers above apply if you ask me

but it basically comes down on how much you are willing to spend for them.
Look for some representative values for you niche in the marketplace.
