How much is a PR5 domain name worth?

    Hi,

    I have this blog that's almost a year old, with a PR5.
    The domain name is the same as a local company's (found that out after I started my blog), but with an extra dash.
    I am now considering the sale of my domain name (not the blog, the entries will be deleted), and wonder how much is it worth?
    If I remove the content, the PR will be lost right?
    What should I do to preserve the PR5 for the new owner?

    I am also considering writing quality content for the new owner, maybe 10 articles in their niche.

    ok. PR will not drop much. As soon as you delete write the new articles for them.

    The PR may drop if many of the links to your site point to the deleted pages rather than to the domain name itself.

    yes, one of my site shows pr 3 but few articles have PR 5 and if i removes those article then it will effect my site also.

    it also depands on back links, your nitches, and trafic.
