How Much is a PR3 Web Site Worth?

Hi,
I've recently paid for hosting on a website that I can't be bothered with. It's not css and I don't have time to work on it. If any of you could help advise me as to how much I should expect to get for it, please pm me and I'll message you back with the url. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

I'll say it's not the PR, but the revenue the important.

 

PR doesn't really mean much.

It's all about the traffic, the money it's making and the type of website.

 

PR3 is useless. If you have any good google results, or traffic, that is whats key.

The PR is not worth anything alone. Original content and visitors and revenue is worth good money.

 

There are many factors to the "how much PR is worth"
And I absolutely disagree that PR is worth nothing on
it's own.

Case #1: You purchase a new domain and start a
site with it. Until you get a PR - months, and I mean
months are spent in building it's PR (in the eyes, or bots)
of the SE's. Until the SE's have determined your site is
worth it to be admitted in the index results again - time
will be lost.

Case #2: You have a site with an old domain and with PR
and you decide to change it and do something new with it -
in no time bots will visit and you'll be rewarded with plenty
of results in their index with your newly created site.

So please, while traffic is a key point for any site, traffic
and especially organic traffic comes when the SE's decide
your site is worth it to be with many, lot's of indexed
pages in their results, and it is achievable with little or no
stress when using a PR domain, or reviving an old PR site..

Thus yes, a PR 3 is definitely worth something, especially
if it is a niche key word domain name.
