Hi, As far as I know PR is no longer an indicator that Google takes into consideration when displaying search results.
If it's a legit PR6 with legit backlinks then it's worth keeping. Its value also depends on its niche too.
The value is a combination of the domain name, niche, age and backlinks (what most people see as pagerank). So you can't say that a PR6 domain is more valuable as a PR4 or PR5 domain.
Yes, the domain need to be aged, no drop, good backlink from authority websites and have to have a good history. so far which I get from my research.
Its hard to say off hand it would depend on the brand ability of the domain, how many words, search volumes, niche, age, etc....
You cannot really value a domain based on the PR, there are mostly other factors which the other posters have outlined.
For my case i might consider domain with 2 words and can be pronounce as a high value domain afterwards ill consider the pr
PR is only good if you plan on doing selling backlinks on it. If not, it is not really worth buying it.
I look at the quality of the backlinks Even though PR itself does not matter it is a good indicator that there may be some great backlinks with good authority If this is the case, the site might be more valuable than ever before due to the recent EMD update. Aged domains appear to me to be the real beneficiary of this update.
it depends on different factors like alexa ranking, should not be under google penalty, domain age etc. Only buyer can decide it's value
yes I got brand name that forgot to buy their domain search Google for OIO Maternity I can sell that domain to them
I see recent domains which is pr 2 or pr 3 how could age affect ? I got a blog for year now a great number of visitors now on it but still pr 0
