How much is a parked domain worth?

What do you usually value a parked domain at? I vaguely remember it was a multiple of monthly income but not sure what that multiple is.

 

Sites go fo 10-12 times earnings. Parked and regular has to be close.

Depends, if the domain is great you can get more than 10x ~ 15x earning too.

 

You don't see sales for less than 6 months-18 months for high risk names (trademark type stuff mostly). Generics if you're selling on X years revenue. Most will at least go a couple years. The better the name, the more years revenue, really good generic sell over 100 years revenue.

It's worth the number of visitors per day * 30 * $.25, the standard valuation for any parked domain.
