How much is a FB page with 44k people worth?

    I have a Facebook page with almost 44,000 members, the niche is video games. I have full publishing rights and I'm the only admin. Can anyone hazard a guess at what this is worth?

    All real members, none of this "pay for fans" sh*te that tends to crop up on DigitalPoint. It's turned into an active community, and used to be part of one of my websites before that site was sold.
