How much is a 10K UV/mo site worth?

    The site I wish to get appraised is www.ztut.com.

    The site has been receiving 10.5K-11K unique visitors over the last couple of months. This month, it's already 11K and its still the 23rd. The site ranks in the top page for a few search terms in all 3 major search engines.

    The traffic is 75%-80% from USA.

    How much can I expect to sell something that receives this much traffic?
