Paypal sends you cheque when u withdraw a minimum of 150$, and charge 5$ for this.
Indian banks dont charge you anything :), since the cheque is a local bank clearing cheque and comes from citibank.

Paypal will issue a check in Indian Rupees from Citibank (paid anywhere in india without any cost). And not bank will change any charges on it. I have experience with ICICI bank, and I am sure they don't change for local INR checks.

Checks from Paypal are drawn on Citibank, and are payable at Par at any Citibank Branch throughout India. So if your city has a Citybank branch, there are usually no charges for local clearing. But if not, then it is a outstaion clearing and some banks do charge.

I know these things better then the webmaster stuff, lol. I am a B.Com :).
