How Much Important Are .EDU Links??

    Does the .edu/.gov back links have some extra value in Google or other major search engines??

    .edu links are important if your niche is related to education or you are directly working on a university, college, school, books, education domain. Apart from this, if you are working on a welding machine website, then it is totally a different story. You shouldn't then go for .edu links.
