    The two offers you've had at $30 and $25 are incredibly cheap (if the quality is good).

    I'd be quoting in the hundreds if somebody asked me to do this :)

    FYI in animation industry the designer usually charge based on length the video and how complex the animation, for beginner and unexperienced $10/second is a cheap price, so when they make 44 second simple animation (as the sample in you tube) the price would be $440, so the $25-30 offer for me it's not only incredibly price as Kerosene and steelfrog said but also unbelievable price as long they made the video in good quality
