    Reread my post carefully. And judging by the way you appraise a site you are replying with amateur-like posts. No offense but you should reevaluate how you appraise a site.

    Judging by Alexa Rank?
    And incoming links?
    Archive.org?? Who cares
    DMOZ? Who even gets in these days, especially small sites.
    And by the PR checker you use, plus you obviously don't understand PageRank yet and how it is, when it is and where it is updated at DCs.

    The guy is making $300 profit a month with very little traffic, now imagine if this this opened up.

    I said this site "COULD" be worth 24 X with the right marketing. This is why I apprased it at 10 X revenue.

    seriously, non of those matter, what matter is its making over $300 a month. And 30% of those sales are coming from PPC, the rest from search engine, forum, and etc..
    And its growing too, I can see this website making a lot more with the correct advertisement.
