    I think a rule of thum is 6-10 times the anual revenue. Hope that helps

    Anywhere between 360 and 600 would be the rule of thumb but you'll also have to factor where the traffic is coming from etc.

    The quality/originality of content is also a factor in most sales. And can you provide Google Analytics screenshots verifying the traffic?

    Most of time I value a website with a year value of monthly income. So in this case it would be $48-$60. But it also depends on the quality of the site and content. This can improve the price if it's good.
