I am planning to get this site acquired by potential owner but some serious business email and need me to do an appraisals for my blog and contents. I do not know how much http://eblogtip.com should be and what factors should I focus on?

I got a suggestion on manual valuation service from http://www.bestdomainexperts.com but I have few information about this service. Further, I could not make payment for them either by paypal or credit card.

Your advice and suggestion is much appreciated and I need this urgently.

P/S: My monthly revenue in April is $830 and May is $1900. The previous months were not tracked and mostly from affiliate networks while adsense has just put on fir 2 days now and not optimized yet.

Normally, a site is worth 10 months of what the revenue is (if the site has revenue) + how much content/work involved/users.

I haven't had success with any manual appraisal, ever. It's been a waste of my time and money.

I suggest going somewhere, and trying to action it and start at 10x the rev (as I said)

    Maybe Flippa?

Thanks a lot for your advice. I have posted on Flippa and set buy it now at 15k and hope it works. There are several buyers interested in this offer but they asked me for appraisals, the manual service that i have never heard and suggested me on that costed me about 80$. So, I quit. Thanks again on this

Well, if the buyers really wanted the manual appraisal, and if that was to seal the deal, why not go for it? :)

I did but the payment gateway that they used was strange and did not accept my credit card and Paypal without any reasons. My credit card works well on Amazon and many other services. That was why I quit

Ah, well that sucks. What did the offer get up to, if you don't mind me asking?
