    Did you read Paypal TOS when you sign up? How is it that Paypal stole your money when you are not eligible to sign up in the first place?

    I reaslly don't understand why you think Paypal stole from you when you are explicitly in the wrong here by signing up by lying that you are above 18 years old.

    Besides being limited does not mean that your money is kept by paypal indefinitely, after 180 days you are given the option to withdraw the money provided you signed up with your real name and address.

    I had my account limited Saturday and i can't make payments, although i could receive and even withdrawn.
    They said the wanted to call me to confirm some things...
    This morning i got an email stating that my account is not limited anymore, i provided enough information.

    Paypal doesn't suck for me yet........ ;)

    Well it's your own fault, they didn't steal anything.

    You can use a normal bank account if youre under 18.

    paypal limited my account with 450USD when i submitted doc they locked my account permenent and hold funds for 180days :S

    From your location bar, you are from Pakistan, when did Paypal become available in Pakistan? If they limited you and locked your account and hold the funds for 180 days I can understand. From where you came from Paypal is still not allowed to provide services.
