    It matters. High paying keywords pay up to $3 per click, while others pay about $0.10. For example: car insurance keyword paid my friend about $2.50 per click.

    Also, google does not get paid 50% commission. It isn't 50/50. If the advertiser pays Google $10 per click, google only pays you ~$1. Google gets 900% commission.
