How much for top position domain on Google?

Hey yall....just wanted to get some opinions.

If I was to offer for sale some geo-targeted domain names that would be front page on google how much would you be willing to pay?

For instance, example search terms would be "Dallas Concert Tickets", "Denver Tax Help", "Miami Insurance" etc etc and they would result in first page, 90%+ very top position result.

If I could get you a first page google result that 90% of the time will be top result what would you say that is worth?

just to clarify...those could all be different domains....not like a billion keywords...the site content itself would be up to you. I can simply provide you with a geo targeted domain listing that will be front page of google

I would base the $ figure on the KW search quantity. Front page for something someone isn't searching for in large quantity makes the ranking irrelevant.

After determining search quantity, I would work on estimating revenue.

Based on those figures, the $ figure could be in the hundreds to thousands.

It would also depend on the clean SEO of the site. Black hat techniques for high ranking diminish the value in the long run.

If a site isn't coming along with the domain I don't know how anyone could guarantee front page results.

    Just my 2 cents

Thanks for your input. I agree with you on the keyword ranking. If it is keywords like "*insert small town here* pizza" or something that might get 2 searches per month then obviously that would not be worth much compared to dallas insurance or miami concerts or something of that nature. Also, there are ways to get a front page listing that will stay there that is not soley based on content of the site...of course content helps...it is not blackhat..maybe an slightly off shade of white...but nowhere near blackhat.

This would be perfect if someone had a local business or dealt with a state or region in a specific niche...it would be absolutely perfect for that. front page results that wont go away. It can be done with existing sites or it can be done if you have an idea of a site that you want.

basically "geo target + niche" with first page stand out google link.

Im not sure i understand exactly what you mean...like the geotarget being the country itself ...like "concerts in norway" or do you mean cities in other countries...like "concerts in oslo" ....i could do other cities..but not whole countries

I dont see why other languages would be an issue. so sure

This is something I would love to know how to do. The service I would base the $ on the number of daily or monthly searches. If you can do this many people would use it. Good luck.
PS: if you can tell me how you do that PM me. I would love to know how to do this.

sorry, i cant tell how as eventually it could get slightly saturated...there are only so many cities out there..lol....and also i have an agreement with someone else (not from dp) not to tell how. thanks for understanding. I might put up an example at some point here in the next day or two as well as info showing that it can be done with a new custom made domain and is on front page of google in a matter of hours or maybe day or two at most from the time of domain creation.

    "german location + niche"
