How much for this template?

    Hi
    How much would be fair to run a contest for creating a ebook sales template
    with both header and footer created in the design?
    The designs I like are: www.bloggingtothebank.com or
    www.magniwork.com or
    www.magicofmakingup.com

    They are all simple. Have a header, footer, right panel, left panel etc. That's all
    that's needed.

    I would need the design to be spliced into header.jpg, right_panel.jpg, footer.jpg
    and left_panel.jpg and all PSD files to go with that.

    What is fair to run a contest for? Ball park figures?
