    I want to sell a few sites and not sure what would a reasonable price me. Can anyone review one of those sites and give me some comments/tips and obviously the price.

    Start off by posting any traffic stats (analytics + awstats) and revenue stats if there is any etc.

    As I mentioned, this is a brand new site. So it doesn't have any revenues so far.

    Well no, you haven't mentioned it. I don't know how much directory templates are worth, try having a look around the Template section of BST.

    Sorry about the confusion. I had mentioned that at the place where this site has been put on sale. And it is not a template as such. It is a script of a complete site not uploaded individually though.

    I wont really call it a template because it is a site with full functionality just that it is not hosted on a separate domain for now. ;)
