I just finished this site some months ago, but somehow alreasy as about 30 subscribers, anyhow I'm too busy to promote it, i'm thinking selling it, but not sure what the good price for it.

Can you tell us how this site works? Is it kind of like a members only article directory?

 

No, this site offers free membership, the owner will make revenue by selling advertising.
For example once a month I send a newsletter to the subscribers, on that newsletter I put one or two ads.
If you promote the site, and it is very easy, because you are giving PLR articles, and you have a membership base of hundreds, it becomes very profitable, because people will pay you to put their ad on it.

Of course if the new owner wanted he can charge for membership, the script is already there, it would be necessary just to add one line to it, I would do it for him/her.

The hosting is at the moment 2.50 a month, it is paid for 2 months. You get the all thing, if you want take to another server, plus there is about 30 subscribers.
All the pages are html, but it is rather easy to edit most of it is in stylesheet.

Answering Daboss, I have resale rights to hundreds and hundreds of PLR articles and High quality software.
I think that to some of the articles on the download area I have included the license giving full rights to the subscriber.

There are two admin areas, because the subscribers are double opt-in, you see they register on the first page with name and email, they receive an instanteneous email with a second link for the final registration, http://account4me.com/cgi-bin/signup.cgi

Now if the owner wants between this steps he just puts a order page and charge for membership.

This are is the one you going to use most, because you can see the members who made the first step and create messges like any autoresponder and broadcast to the membership.
The autoresponder is 100 X better then any available at 7 dollars a month, you can import and export leads, etc.



then there is the second admin are, this is for the members who finshed the registrationprocess and do download stuff, you can create new ones, delete etc.

Sorry, but I dont think I can give access to the admin are, it would be easy for anyone to import 10000 leads and starting spamming or send some stupid message to my subscribers.

Look at the moment when I send a newsletter I put an ad to my web hosting business, I have only +-30 subscribers, this is because I never promoted the site.
So I dont really sell advertising, but offering PLR articles is the simple way to have registrations! So if have 300- 500 members you on the road to sucess, get another site payed this time and advice your members to go for it, this is the road to the membership sites.
Look at Cody sites, I think that now he have 4 or 5 membership sites all making money.

Tracking does not work, for that you have to pay a license to the autoresponder script writer.

Tracking.....how much is the license fee/what type of license is it(one time/single use/etc)

 

Because from this interface, you have everything, you can check who as read the emails, so who active, send a message to one of your subscribers or choose to broadcast to all members.


An autoresponder is this little form on most websites asking for your name and email so they can send you a free report, when you sign up for a free autoresponder you can queue 20 messges and the messages you send will have a number of ads from the company which gave you the free autoresponder, or you can choose to rent one you pay about 7 bucks a month, with this site you will never have to use a free or rent one, you can had as many sites as you want and put on all your sites the little for asking for email & name.

License I think is lifetime 70 bucks.
I manage many sites using this script never really need it, for tracking there are some free scripts available.
