    You can give 3000+ backlink for less than $50, you might also get one link more than $100.
    It depends on your requirement

    If your site is not so large then I would advise you to go for quality rather than quantity. You can get lists of confirmed lists just by doing a little search on the forum as well as Google.

    You don't want to buy links. You want to generate them yourself. Hard work is all it is, no other way around it. I think forum posting is the best way to generate backlinks to your website.

    You can always outsource your link building, because at times, this is a very tedious, time consuming task.

    You can get "thousands" of backlinks for cheap on Ebay, or any one of those backlink sites that come on forums like this. But they probably won't do you any good. Look for a reputable SEO company or learn to do it yourself. This forum is full of useful information.
