How much for a Full time Webmaster/Site promoter

    Need a rough guide for the cost of a 30-40 hour a week employee to do all kinds of SEO, Link Building, Article Submission, Social Bookmarking, Blog posts, Forum Posts EVERYTHING

    Just a rough idea how much i should expect to pay

    I've done this job last summer (as a summer job) I worked like 28 to 35 hours weekly... and I was paid like $500 per 2 weeks, so that's like $1000 / month.

    I would expect to pay between $8 an hour to $25 an hour - at the low end you will get free directory submission and blog comment spam in bad English. At the top end you will get someone that knows something about SEO, link building and SEM

    So i'm talking $3-4 an hour to have someone work alongside me.

    Would anyone be interested in sending me a detailed plan of what they could get done within the period and their monthly plan for working along side me based on 10 hours per week?

    You will get that from someone who has poor English. You will not get quality for that price. You can find many from places like India and other similar countries but most of them have poor grammar skills and you will get what you pay for.

    If you do not care about that, I am sure you will have a full group to choice from.
