How much you should ask really depends on how much you make with the site right now. If sales are non-existent...don't count on too much, the PR does give it some value, but it really depends on sales.
Sales are one piece of the pie. To be fair to the original poster, you need to give a lot more info. Traffic, referrals, etc ,etc. A site with no sales, PR3, and little info is going to get you low ball offers, and most not even in the ball park if your site's worth a damn. Provide as much info as you have, and then you "might" get a fair ball park offer.
