How much for a BLOG like this?!!!

    Hi everyone, I'm not selling a blog, Someone asked me how much would I pay for a blog with the following characteristics:

    WordPress Blog

    Premium .net domain

    PR5 - Possible PR6

    About 1,300 Uniques per day

    65,000 Page Views per month (Average)

    +300 subscribers

    A Technorati Rank under the Top 1,000

    and more than 4,000 Backlinks (Average)

    Revenue: about $500 per month but with a lot of growing potential.

    How much would you pay, please be serious. ;)

    With the backlinks, PR, revenue, and traffic all taken into account, I would snap it up for anything less than $4000-$5000.

    It's worth up to $6,000 depending on the niche. I probably wouldnt pay that much...but it depends on niche and revenue sources. Got a url? ;)

    only the revenue seems low. everything else sounds great. if u r confident to convert it into gold u should go for it

    I agree, it's somewhere between $4000-$6000 depending on the niche.
    I don't think monthly revenue is so important, considering the other factors.

    5,000$ seems ok price to me for this kind of site. Maybe more if it is a very competitive niche
