How much for a 7 years old domain name: keyword+unlimited.com?

    I am planning to buy a domain which is 7 years old and domain is:
    Keyword + unlimited.com

    The key word has about 1,300,000 monthly searches (Seobook.com tool).

    Also how do I make sure domain is old and hasn’t been dropped?

    You can also check:
    - how well the domain name ranks on SERP
    - domain PR
    - Alexa visitors

    Keywords in the domain name are important. However, as you can imagine there are at least hundreds of other domains with the same keyword. Good luck!
