If you would have website network what earns $250-$300/day on autopilot from adsense and have been earning such an amount for like a year already ( only expenses are ~$300/month to pay to worker to keep the site's content updated)
for how much you would sell such an site and where?

you should use qualified services like escrow for example or face-to-face meeting with the buyer.

40 K would sound just about correct. I would definitely use a third party to ensure transparency

normally people will calculate from 10-12 months times revenue to sell it. but depend on what kind of sites it is and the potentials as well.

it depends on consistent ad revenue. some people can pay upto 3 years revenue if it is steady revenue

In that case you will still own the site for a long, long time.

I would not sell it online. I'd sell the business through local real estate probably.

Any online way would be just dumb.

As some have alluded to, it depends on the volatility of the cash flows. The longer and more stable the cash flows you are generating via adsense, the more attractive and valuable your site is to a potential buyer.

If it's a site with no work needed, it would sell for about 10-12 months revenue. Otherwise, it would probably go for 5-6 months revenue.

It'd be valued at around $40k-$100k and you should get a private broker to sell it. Check out websiteproperties.com.

The price could go down or up depending on the work involved, income graph etc.

You're better keeping it 10 years and it's made you a million, unless you feel you need that $100k or that $100k will make you a million quicker. That's just how I personally work.
