I'm not sure too many people will want to tell you how successful their niches are, it would be too easy for you to move in on their market.
My best website earn around $60/month from adsense along not including the link sales. FYI,my website is proxy.
A lot, but why would anyone tell with what... Offtopic but relevant; Still people here don't get a good think when they see it anyway because other, jealous people, say they are telling lies. I mean; markets that are saturated; proxies (like Mentos here), Free hosting (file, web and images) and flash games all are making me a lot of money. But in this forum everyone will tell you that you cannot start such a thing because it is saturated
My main site, a banner exchange does not make much cash, but I am obsessed with it. It is run with my partner as a proper company and we both love the "oooh we got another 8 signups last night" thrill! So penniless but happy to be providing a service!
Interesting topic, I suspect most people on this forum make less than $2000 per year just at a random guess. Thats about what I make on one of my websites, others are much less but growing.
$4 a day average per site, this will increase dramatically soon thanks to a good friend of mine who is promoting some of my sites for me.
Well, my latest site, is my most successful so far. It went online about a week ago, and for the first 2 days, I made nothing, and then on day 3 I made $60. Since then I'm making just under a $100 a day !
I am a business owner ( I own 4 companies) that sells products with markups. We fedex out packages everyday, have an office, 8 phone lines, 32 toll-free 800 numbers, employees, health insurance, etc... Our profit is well over 10k a month. And no, I won't tell you what our main products are.
Not exactly sure, but the only publicly stated earnings from DP was about $10,000/month... though I think it's changed since then. If you search for how much DP makes, you'll get numerous hits
Market surfing based on other people’s businesses won’t get you anywhere if your thinking your going to find anything. It’s all about the business model and the amount of money pumped into the company. Almost in every market I have ever been in, there was a couple large companies, and thousands of smaller attempts. What is takes is someone who can see the path to their exit, and is able to come out with a strong hand in VC. They are the people that will wipe out the smaller players or even the bigger ones if the market has not gotten a real business attempting to turn it into a billion dollar business, or everyone in the market is using their businesses as a lifestyle account.
