$50 to $150 depending on the service - but turn around time is fast, and work is of quality - guaranteed; and for smaller projects i usually cut a very fair deal...

I wish I could charge high prices, but... then you almost never recieve any clients (IMO , of course there are exceptions). However, I would never work at any rate below minimum wage (around $7.50 CAD here)

If you have a degree and experience, you should never be working for anywhere near minimum wage. If you want to charge high prices, just get the background first, and people will pay it. And yes, you'll get less clients. But look at it this way:

Would you rather have 40 clients, working for 1 hour for each of them, at $10/hr - $400 for the week... or would you rather have one client who pays you what amounts to $400 / hour for one hour of your time? (And I've had clients pay that much, so it's certainly possible... heck, even if you only charge $100 / hr for a consulting service, you'd only have to work 4 hours that week instead of 40 to make the same amount). It's not about how many clients you have. It's about the quality of your work improving the quality of your clients, which in turn improves the quality of your life in general, because you'll have both a better income, plus more time for your family and home life or personal projects.

Wow you guys work CHEAP! I get MINIMUM $75 an hour (SEO work mostly) but usually bill out at $125 an hour (application and database development) and yes I get it.

    I'd rather work 10 hours a week for $1000 than 40!

Guess it depends on your level of expertise and experience too but I drastically raised my rates last year for one very good reason ... to get rid of the idiot clients! It has worked perfectly!

And i have to agree with everyone over here. My rates are not the bare minimum, it shocks me when people reply saying my rates are too high--they are normally looking for someone to work at $8/hr or something which is quite crazy on their part. Honestly, with the labor shortage here in Calgary, even Pizza Hut deliverers make like $23/hr...

But its only the ones that have no clue and respect for the amount of effort and work you put in that expect such low prices from you. Find myself working better for clients who have a degree of knowledge and respect towards the effort i put in.

I work for $2 an hour minimum. But that is simply because I'm new to this and don't have many credentials or the reputation to charge more just yet.

I was thinking I might see numbers up to $150 dollars, I work at $30 for anything but I have colleagues that go for $75 easy.

I'd charge $20+ for the as I am new in this. And i have made some good scripts and got good credentials from my clients. Hope the rate will go up by the time and my reputation.

Well for me also it depends on the type of work or the project and what technology it is (software development).
