How much does paypal charges for sending and receiving money?

    I am not getting clear about the charges. Which paypal charges for sending and receiving money online.....

    Is the paypal cheapest mode to send an receive money online ..

    but pay pal charges INR 50 for bank withdraw. for amount 6999 INR!

    There are no fees for sending funds but there are certain charges for receiving money if you have a premier/business account.
