How much does it value?

    I want to know the value of www.pumpkeen.com . I think its domain is really good, and it's online since 2010 . But unfortunately i was not really working on it, then its traffic is less than 20 visitors per day. In this case how much does it value?

    If i increase its traffic, page rank & alexa to a better condition, can i be hopeful to sell with higher price?

    It's not what it's worth, it's what someone will pay for it on the day you sell it.

    IF the content is mostly unique I'd pay around $25 for the site, but I don't think it's 90%+ unique (checked three articles, 2 were copied content) so has no value to me.

    Nothing really valuable about this domain name: http://mcjonline.com/www/pumpkeen.com
    It has no PR, few backlinks and duplicate contents so you won't sell it to anyone who know something about domains and internet marketing.
