Well, just how much does it cost to launch and maintain a site montly similar to pornhub?? Does it need an expensive server? I know they are hosting many videos by themselves, but if my site mostly depend on users/members to upload their vidoes to the site, (which they would have their own personal member page, just like those in youtube), and also allow placing comments on their "blog" like personal page and videos. Would that cost a lot more for maintance each month? since I'm not sure how much does it cost for a server like that or the money that would be "enough" that launch a site like that.....I'm here to ask for help if anyone do know an estimated amount of money that would take...then I would consider to invest and take the risk..Thank you
Why not contact a hosting company that offers service in the adult industry? I'm positive that the actual hosting company is going to know better than anyone in these forums.
I'm not acutally considering hosting a porn site, just trying to develop a social like video site(no porn)~ well, actually just a site that copy youtube, and with some special features that I want to add to it, like games etc etc. So I am just wondering how much would it cost a server and maintanence for a site like that.
You'd want a dedicated server at a location center that has provisions for expansion. Around $150 a month (www.gem3.com) would get you a server that would have you going as you seed your user base, and you'd have to keep upgrading as you get more users.

Well a dedicated server monthly + scripts that I needed to buy...hmmm..sounds expensive that I would take weeks or months to drive the traffic and make investment even. Would it be easier to host the server by my own? Well..maybe the equipment would cost a lot...

But they would be spending thousands upon thousands every month If you want to seriously do this then don't buy a script.... way to many do that and you will see 99% of them fail. You need to hire someone to write you a custom script + design. Get a good one and you can succeed... its all in the build
You should visit a list of hosting sites that are allowing pornography. From then on you could make a canvass.
