Hey, I'm interested to see what the market rate is to hire bloggers / article writers to write up a couple of posts a day.

Anyone already doing this that can shed some light?

There are two modals for hiring bloggers. Either you pay them per post or pay them a flat salary for a month.

Normally i have been paid $5 - $15 per post and monthly wise it can be anywhere between $200 +

It depends on how much content you want your bloggers to write for you and if you care about the quality of the writing. Really good bloggers can make 5-10 cents a word. If you go cheap (1-2 cents) don't expect amazing content. It takes money to take more money!

It all depends on that quality of content blogger provides.
I would suggest you to look at the recent posts of that blogger so that you get an idea of what you would get.

You could just let the market decide to. If you make a post in the content creation section, you'll probably get a wide range of writers with their own styles, expertise and samples.

The big question is also the topic that they'll be writing about. A game review blogger won't charge much since that is more general knowledge. A health blog, or a high-end technology blog could get expensive.
