I was thinking of hiring a copywriter to write out a sales page for me, and guesses as to what it may cost?
It all depends on what you want from your copywriter if you're after a top quality profit pulling sales letter then your talking thousands if you just want articles you can get them done for $5/$10, Why not try writing your own before you outsource, here's a great Copy Writing video training program and it comes with plr too.
It will vary based upon your requirements, the experience of the writer and a variety of other factors. Some writers charge by the word, some by the piece and then there's an elite group who charge thousands and often ask for a percentage of sales. Whomever you decide to hire, make sure they understand that you want actual sales copy and not an essay about your product. There are many who call themselves copywriters who do not understand the difference. Also verify that you will receive all copyrights to what is written on your behalf. Some writers never convey the copyrights and others charge extra for pieces where the copyrights convey to the client.
Gheez.. you guys have little vision.. I start out with a 1 Billion Dollar bid so that leaves a lot of room for competition. So Perry runs it down to $50 no room from there CB throws in the $49.99. You guys suck..WTF So now i will have to write you and article for $49.49 this is limited time so think fast and send PM to get my paypay.
it really depends... i've hired people who have been $300, $500, $1000, and more... it depends on your budget...and how much you can afford...i say just check out $500 ones...
Multiply $50 x 10 or higher and you might get someone decent or you might get stuck with Content Bosses twin.
Anywhere between 5 to 50.000 dollars. Seriously. It all depends on how successful you want your sales letter to be and how much traffic you can bring to it. If you expect 200 monthly visitors for a 5 dollar priced product, even an insane conversion ratio like 30% won't justify hiring a top pro. Do the math and see what kind of copywriter you can afford. Best regards, George Cozma
First write out the page yourself, and then have it critiqued by friends, family, coworkers, board members... You may not even need one.
