there is not much cost for purchasing advertisement on facebook,i read it somewhere ,but not sure.

 

You set up a price yourself. It's like any other PPC. It's always better to pay more.
Usually price is like 0.3$ - 1.5$ / click
Or similar with thousand impressions...
