    Use adlandpro is you want pay per impression... they are paying $5/1K impression of your custom page..

    You have to be a Premium Adsense user to get paid for impressions. I also tried to get paid for the impressions, and contacted adsense about this. They told me that premium adsense users have this option and that I can not get a premium account :)
