How much does a pagerank 6 site go for?

What can an average pagerank 6 site be expected to fetch?

 

PR doesn't matter too much ... matters what the URL, originality of content, and Income are.

 

Also, all PR is not the same. Especially if it's just a few high PR sites linking to it.

 

PR hardly matters, but traffic and income only. I have few sites with no pr but have good traffic and income.

 

Let me rephrase the question in this case. What would you expect from a $5,000 site?

 

Estimate about 2.5 months revenue.

 

I would expect it to make about $500 a month. I would also expect to find some quality links going to it, or it being a HUGE typin domain. Then the last thing I would look for would be quality content and how much effort it would take to upkeep the income.

If it is a site with a script on it that is getting comments with no work that would be more attractive to me than something where I have to write an article every day to maintain $500 a month.

 

I've bought and sold PR6 sites for anywhere between $40 to $40,000. It's not the PageRank that makes the site valuable.

 

that's true. pagerank is nice to have but it doesn't have much affect

 

i have a site with pr 3 and i earn almost 1000 $ per month and anothre site with pr 6 and i earn maximum 60 $
