    Well reading the description its about gaming. Id estimate it around $120 - $150 providing you had around 100 users a day. the reason being is the game industry is very high and hard to beat.

    Nice looking site, not much (under $50) i guess due that is not open yet and have no traffic....

    Site value is all about traffic and revenue, you can have a very nice site but if you get no traffic or revenu......... it is not worth nothing

    And the other way , you can have the most ugly site but have major traffic to it............ or selling something on it and then could b eworth $$$$$$$$

    Things like this really come down to whether your flippa listing is seen in front of the right person or not but a site with traffic and no earning history is never going to be worth much.

    yeah it does depend on the traffic. I had the ideal of making custom made sites then selling them. But I think I wanna get traffic first on it.
