    There website is a relevant website with a PR 5, started in 2000. Alexa rating is 420k and they have almost 3k pages cached by google. Has no outbound links except for adsense.

    My website -
    PR 0, 152 pages cached by google

    How much you pay for a text link on their home page?

    Depends on how many backlinks the site has and how relevant those links are.

    Don't buy links just because of toolbar pagerank ;)

    there is also a couple of tools online to help you determine the value of a link. I know one can be found at http://www.sitesellforums.com under the tools section :)
