    Hello Guys,
I just got an offer asking how much I will charge for this domain name.
    It is www.itemhut.com
What should I tell the buyer?

You should of posted this in appraisal section. But anyways, it depends if your selling to Reseller or EndUser.

TBH the domain doesn't seem like it's worth very much especially to Reseller.

Im not sure, the name isn't very specific, freedom to use it in many ways but lacks specific wording.

I see Adsense on this site. Perhaps with this link posted here, they gain more than value of domain name.

you can always use estibot dot com for a quick appraisal (make sure you change the case to ItemHut). In my opinion I think the domain appraisals (regardless of the company providing the service) is not totally accurate and the value is only worth what you put into the site unless you have one of those rare premium domain names like sc dot com or fund dot com ... you get the idea and you will see a pattern. It all comes down to what is in demand at that time. The dot com domains still seem to be the hot picks even though dot me domains just arrived. Again, it took how many years for the dot coms to grow exponentially. So if your a domainer I would just hold onto you hot picks and sell the others for a reasonable price and a quick sale. Again, in my opinion save your money instead of getting the appraisal and list your domain on some of these free forums, etc and see what comes your way

esibot is more of a trivial thing. Don't take it seriously

If he contacted you, ask for at least 200$. In case he is interested he will re-offer, if not, well... you tried (and you can almost ever reduce your price), but I would suggest to never ask for a very low amount when you receive an inquiry (because probably it's an end user). Best of the lucks.
