How much do you think the owner of earth for energy makes per day from his e4e product? My guess... $3000
I think he will be able to answer you himself, he is a member on here http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1572874
Well I don't think you will get an answer from the vendor, most vendors don't want to share their earnings. I personally don't want to share my stats publicly. Either way.. he is earning a very nice amount of money, for a very comfortable life.. I can tell you that
Gravity doesn't really do a good job with estimating revenue. You could easily have a product with a gravity of 20 (a few large affiliates) making a hundred sales a day while a product with a gravity of 200 has a bunch of smaller affiliates (and high refunds) bringing in less net revenue.
My guess is probably around $250-$400 a day after paying affiliates. I came up with these numbers with the limited resources I had available so in the end this is just a wild guess. E4E has an alexa ranking of 246,959 and according to this graph at http://sillyjokes.co.uk/alexa/index.php that comes out to about 1,000 visits a day. Let's say E4E converts at 1:50, that's 20 sales a day. greendiyenergy to me would seem it does better since it has an alexa ranking of 28,701 so according to the graph they get about 5,000 visits a day, I'll let you finish doing the rest of the math for this one...
Is knowing how much he makes really that important? While we on the salary thing, how much does your parents make? The vendor will not disclose stat's like this cause it's i guess personal information.
No, but it's fun to guess. Thinking back in my childhood, combined with both of them I would guess about $1,500 a month, but is that really that important. My parents are not "A class" clickbank vendor celebrities now... No, but it's fun to guess.
Vendors don't tell you how much they make from their products because they are becoming wealthy from your hard work. They want you, their army of affiliates, to keep pumping them traffic. Meanwhile, they sit back in their chair and watch their CB account blow up daily, their biggest worry whether they want the black or the gray Porsche(and occasionally dealing with hosting issues, and I guess some support). If these guys came out saying "I make 5k daily," how would that make you feel? You'd say "F*** this, I'm not making this dude rich anymore. I'm going to develop my own product." This has already started to happen. Notice the dozens of new products coming out? Let's face it, these CB Super Vendors got into the right niche at the right time, and they want to milk it for as long as possible. Can you blame them? Telling you that they're making thousands a day is not going to help their cause. There is no point in wondering how much they make. They make a shitload. Work hard and develop your business. Make the onlinemoniez!
Replace "vendors" with "government officials" If someone develops a great product that converts well, I'll gladly give him 25% of the sale. There's more than enough revenue to go around.
Sorry, as other have said - It's private info. However there's no harm in a thread like this. Regarding visits per day - I wouldnt read into alexa rankings. 1000 visits is quite a long way off the mark. Regarding vendors just sit back and watch their account grow - Some might. I have just spent a decent amount of money on new videos and guides (about $25,000) and since launch day I have always been working on something to do with the site/product. With that said, without affiliates no vendor on CB would earn as much as they do. Vendors should respect the hard work that affiliates do and offer bonus's and help them where possible. regards, Drew
Vendors are just playing the game right. Its a reason they offer 75% commissions because if they didn't affiliates wouldn't make "greedy" money and affiliates would run off to the next best money making product in this niche. Affiliates don't care who has the best product, they just care about who they can make the most money from and that's the truth, I don't care what nobody has to say about that. That's their job and interest, my job is to collect my 75% commissions from my work and live the lifestyle I'm satisfied with. Some people are just satisfied being an affiliate collecting the commissions without having to deal with hosting issues and customer support, that's the vendor's job. Yes, that's what's been happening, but people are being unethical/dickheads/assholes/bitches about it and basically copying word for word other peoples work and then coming on DP and other forums trying to get affiliates to make them money, fuck these people I'm not going to be there affiliate. I don't blame them, I would also milk it for all it's worth just because that's human nature when it comes down to this business. They don't have to tell us how much they make. The thread starter just wanted to start some stimulating IM conversation and I just posted my first response to further stimulate the talk. I do work hard for my commission, again it was just a fun to guess. People already know top ranked CB vendors already make lots of money. This thread might just inspire somebody to be more than an affiliate and take their earning to the next level. Personally I just seen this thread to begin with as motivation.
Yes you're right.. we're greedy, evil and wealthy people. It's not easy to have a successful product, 95% of the products that are on clickbank never go on to make a single sale, and maybe 1% of the products published go on to reach double digit gravity. It's not that spectacular as you say it. I've had many products. In many instances, it happened that an affiliate is earning more than me. Since the commission is 75%, it is likely to have an affiliate make more money than you with your own product. But I agree... the affiliates are everything to the vendor.
Totally agree, any vendor who doesn't support their affiliates or answer their emails should not succeed. A vendor who respects their affiliates and realises without their affiliates they would not be succesfull will be a succesfull vendor. Anyways, good job Drew.
