How much do you think my domain is worth?

Hi everybody,

I'm new here, I was wondering how much my website is worth because I'm thinking about selling it.

The domain is 8 years 1 months old, it's a co.uk, only has PR2 however I have never committed any SEO compaigns for it. It has around 8 pages of Google organic linkbacks.

It's a co.uk travel related that has a Dmoz listing and also Yahoo I believe. It's established on nearly every search engine and you could easily obtain PR4+ with little effort. It's got around 2000 forum members and pretty popular.

Circa 130,560 page loads a month with 8,197 unique visitors per month.

Any esitmates / advice greatly appreciated.

How much revenue does it generate and how consistent is it in this (has it only started earning that amount in the past month or has it been similar for the past 3 years)?

 

Hi, thanks for the reply, I've never bothered to earn anything on it it was purely for hobby purposes for a Greek holiday destination and was never taken seriously.
So to answer your question it doesn't generate money.
