I'm just curious what would you estimate my site to be worth. I've had it close to a year.

No revenue since I don't believe in forcing ads.

Really? I've seen much crappier forums being sold for $100+ that have less than 500 posts...

People like to know they can make money from a site so revenue will really help when trying to sell.

Never ask your potential buyers how much they think something is worth.
They will almost (98%) always low ball you.
    Test your market.
    Put it on the block.
    See what it brings.
    Anything else is speculation.

You got an active site with 8,000+ pages indexed by google. A quick glance and it's likely worth in 4 figures range and will be pushing 5 figures a year from now.

Alrite thanks. I wouldn't dare sell it, this has been my hobby ever since I gave up the basketball team and skateboarding. The public site looks a bit empty I have to admit, but there is a whole second half that is only viewable to active members, which is roughly as big as the public forum, if not bigger. It has about 10k posts and about 1500+ threads.

I like the look but I don't think it will go for more than $200.
