    It is a forum so maybe earnings are low but it could help your other websites increase traffic and give better user community.

    No active members.
    No backlinks at all.
    No pagerank/alexa/traffic stats of any kind.

    The site is worthless. You have 7 members. My own forum which just launched and has hardly been promoted has 3x that many people and some are active, but I still consider it worthless. Forums take a lot of time to build up and run, you can't just throw up a forum, put a few posts onto it, and expect to sell it for big bucks.

    I agree, only the domain name is worth anything.

    Nobody will be interested in a forum with only 7 members - they could put up their own bulletin board and get their relatives to post and get more members than that.
