How much do you think I can earn with 20-30 daily visits?

I own fastpcmods.com and am currently getting 20-30 visits a day. I'm earning under £1 a month (not worth bothering with) at the moment with my adsense ads.

Am I doing anything ridiculously wrong or is it just that im not getting enough traffic?

Usually, that amount of traffic isn't enough to generate a lot of money. I'm hesitant to give figures but let's say a site has a 1% ad click rate and a click is worth $1. For every 100 visits, it makes $1. So if it gets 100 unique visitors a day, it will make $30 a month.

I've heard someone claim they make a lot of money with a site that got only 50 visits a day (I mean a lot, though I don't recall the exact figure). But that is the exception. The amount of money you can expect to make depends on the value of your ads, the clickthrough rate and the number of visitors. Most people need at least several hundred, and even thousands, of visits before the ad revenue starts to add up.

I think i need to start raising the traffic levels really and thinking of better ways of monetizing the site

My website has 300 vitors a week and I have only 10 € a month...I think you can only make big money if you have good ads, and thousand and thousands of visitors..

 

basically I think u should not be too dependent/focus on the number of clicks.
instead, you shld have a good mixture or CTR + clicks which will determine your earnings

Depends on the nature of your keywords
some are more commercial than others
Also the cpc of your keywords so make sure you are targetting the right ones with higher values /ok competition
Your click through rate , you might need to experiment with ad postions and themes . Maybe try a banner on the home page .
The last thing is related to Google trust
No privacy or about us pages, (check googles T&C) intermittent blog entires all these things make it easier for Google to give you a lower Cpc ads.

 

I think with 100 daily visits you can earn 1€, 200 visits 2€ and so on.
The best way is more and more traffic you should attract to your site.
