if you own any e-commerce business with real physical products, adding product feeds on shopping directory sites like eBAy, Amazon and other popular sipping directory can be beneficial. So my question is how much do you spend for adding your business or products to these directories?

Depends on the ROI we're getting for the work involved. Tracking of the referrals from those sites is critical in determining whether time is better spent working on the feeds, or elsewhere.

How much do you think you spend a year on your skincare products? - out of curiousity.

I wonder why people want to spend time and money to help other websites to be successful...

If you have a good E-commerce shop you don't need to put your products anywhere else as they will be found on Google, and if they are not it is that your Ecommerce platform is bad (or you, the way you write your products page).

You can submit a data feed of your products to Google Products. It's a free service and will give your physical products additional exposure. If you're looking to submit to shopping comparison sites like Nextag or Shopping dot com, then you will have to pay to add your product feed with those sites.

I have tried to submit my products feed to Google, but failed. Still don't know how to use it.

It definitely will get more traffic for my site if my products can be showed in google shopping search result.
