    well you guys are saying india is the cheapest, but is it the best style? here in nyc haircuts range from $10-$100's matters what you want and who cuts it. The best way is to grow your hair out lol, I have been doing it for a while now and its pretty fun, you never know you might look better with long hair than short hair :).
