Im just about to start, im wondering what kind of success ppl on this site have had with this program thanks
Well for last month $2000 And there would be another $7500 from hostgator offer if That $#%@ wouldn't banned me just for money stealing porpuses and cheating me!
I'm just about asking the same question. Look like people making a lot from - web hosting? I'm thinking of promoting tangible stuff - such as shoes, apparels. But not so sure whether those stuff are salable - at all. Hope DP member can share their own experience with these products.
I've not been that big on CJ yet - but make a couple of hundred dollars a month. Only a few percent of my overall income. CJ is more of an active income generator - and by active I mean you have to set up pages specefic for offers and push traffic to them, it is generally not too good for passive income like Google Adsense, although you can do some passive if you are in a very product focused niche.
As mentioned elsewhere around these forums, it is not about CJ (or any other network), but about the merchant(s) you choose to promote... Your best network can be Linkshare, Buy.at, Performics, anything else.., but NOT because of the network as such. It is not the network that you promote, but particular merchants, particular products/services, particular price-quality correlation... Geno
This rather embarrassing question - but bear with me. I'm familiar with linkshare.com and but not CJ format. In Linkshare for example you can get a link for single product/item - but I don't know where to look at it at CJ. Perhaps someone can help me with this as well. Second question - how do you promote your CJ affiliate? Is blog an effective way of promoting CJ affiliate?
I make about $300/mo through CJ currently, but I do not 'actively' promote most of my affiliate programs
just on concentrating on product he won't get any money.one has to keep everything perfect to be successful
I haven't made squat, but that is because I haven't used the primary tool yet, which is search engine marketing. I have only relied on my website which really does not have any traffic. But if you want to make hefty cash you need to use search engine marketing and you need to know which words to bid on, which people to target, and how to write quality advertisements. Do that and I promise you, you will make thousands of dollars per month.
1) Log into your CJ Account Manager 2) Click "Get Links" 3) Find the advertiser whose links you need under the "By Relationship" bookmark 4) Hit "View Links" First of all those that you call "affiliates" are really merchants (affiliates are the ones that promote merchants). At CJ merchants are called advertisers, while affiliates are called publishers. Promoting CJ merchants/advertisers you can use all of the same methods you'd use for any other affiliate network's merchants. Blogs are good as are any other Web 2.0 type user-generated websites. Gotta be careful not to irritate the end user by your affiliate ads, but as long as they are relevant and add value to your own content/Web 2.0 site (be it blog or anything else), they can do wonders for you... Besides Web 2.0 techniques, the good ole methods still work: PPC campaigns (either direct to merchant, if that is allowed by the merchant; or to your own website first, and then to the merchant), coupon and deals sites, datafeed-based websites, etc. Hope this answers your questions, caj.
