I will only be concerned when I can rest a tub of popcorn and a drink on my belly.

i'm not worrying bout my weight... i swim all the time so i got a balance weight actually. I would like to emphasize on "Exercise" here, without exercise, your body can go very weak actually. Work it out~

I didn't used to obsess over my weight, but when I started having problems breathing at night, something had to be done. I've cut Mountain Dew and twinkies from my diet. Yep. It was hard at first, but the results are great! I've lost 40+ pounds since January, and still dropping!

I've been losing some weight lately. I can't wait to get back to the gym in the fall so I can start building some muscle. :D

I only weight 90 pounds. My advice is, whatever weight you're in, see to it that your stomach is not overweight. Don't sit after meals, at least 15 minutes. Go take a walk somewhere.

I've never had a weight problem until recently--I've been taking prescribed hormone pills and I've gotten crazy with the binging. 5 pounds in 3 weeks--I almost cried. So yes, now I watch what I eat and the frequency in which I take them.

I've been concerned a lot lately.

I've started exercising a lot - sit ups, press ups, going running etc.

I want to get in shape before I leave to go to university. Sick of being single :(

    I maintain my weight.
I am also satisfied with my weight.
To maintain good weight keep some control on food and do some good exercise everyday.

I never work out and sit on my booty all day. For some reason though I still weigh around 190 all the time. I'm ok with it and so is my wife.

I worry about my weight a lot. I worry that it will decrease. I am currently 62 Kgs which is the right weight for my height but I am worried that I will become thin again.
