I didn't used to obsess over my weight, but when I started having problems breathing at night, something had to be done. I've cut Mountain Dew and twinkies from my diet. Yep. It was hard at first, but the results are great! I've lost 40+ pounds since January, and still dropping!
I've been losing some weight lately. I can't wait to get back to the gym in the fall so I can start building some muscle.
I only weight 90 pounds. My advice is, whatever weight you're in, see to it that your stomach is not overweight. Don't sit after meals, at least 15 minutes. Go take a walk somewhere.
I've never had a weight problem until recently--I've been taking prescribed hormone pills and I've gotten crazy with the binging. 5 pounds in 3 weeks--I almost cried. So yes, now I watch what I eat and the frequency in which I take them.
I never think about my weight as a trouble... Can eat anything and still stay in the form... I don't know maybe it's genes...
I've been concerned a lot lately. I've started exercising a lot - sit ups, press ups, going running etc. I want to get in shape before I leave to go to university. Sick of being single
