I don't care about my weight that much.. if I snack I'll usually eat very healthy the day after.
It surprises me that I can maintain my weight without exercising because I usually spend the whole day behind the computer.

Not too much. I'm basically just trying to sustain what I weigh right now. I'm about average weight.

I love to eat and have a slow metabolism, so I have to exercise every day in order to wear the same size clothes.

I need to lose about 25 pounds. I'm tall so at 220 I just look like a big guy and not a complete fatass as I do at 245. :)

I lift weights a lot, but I also have a fast metabolism. Most of the people in my family are naturally skinny/lean as well.

If I were to start becoming over weight, I would have to diet for sure.

As someone who works on the computer basically all day, I pretty much have to be weight-conscious. I'm thinking about investing in one of these :D

You know what? Last 2 weeks I've been on my computer for the best part of the day. With the few days out a week.

I gained a quarter of a stone from being inactive. Lost a bit of muscle mass, and now I feel like shit. Joining another gym because my ones packed and I'm gonna get going again.

I mainly take care of my diet and exercise to maintain a certain weight that I set. With so many health related issues, you can say that weight is one of the important factors to watch out.
